Or, if you are:
- Entitled to, or named on, a valid NHS tax credit exemption certificate
- Named on a valid HC2 certificate.
Partial help: If you hold a valid HC3 certificate, you might get some help towards the cost of your NHS dental treatment. The certificate tells you how much you will have to pay. To apply for an HC2 or HC3 certificate, complete form HC1, available from any Jobcentre Plus or most NHS hospitals. Your doctor, dentist or optician may have one too. If you are unable to obtain a form you can get one by calling 0845 610 1110 or visiting www.ppa.org.uk.
My local Genix Healthcare Dental Clinic does not provide NHS, what is my alternative?
Where NHS dentistry is not available at a Genix Healthcare clinic, either because the dentist is unable to accept new NHS patients or through the absence of an NHS contract, patients can benefit from our affordable scheme called GENCARE. GENCARE is exclusive to Genix Healthcare and there's no need to sign up to a monthly payment plan - you just pay one off costs when you have treatment.

PLEASE NOTE that some dental treatments and services on offer may differ from clinic to clinic. Please call your local Genix Healthcare or GENCARE dental clinic to find out which treatments and services are available.
