Complaints Procedure

Genix Healthcare takes all complaints seriously. The first step is to raise the matter with the Practice Manager, either orally or in writing. You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation.

If you’re still unhappy with the outcome, you can refer the matter to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman on 0345 015 4033, who is completely independent of the NHS and government.

You can also complain directly to your local Primary Care Trust. For further advice contact the Patient Advice Liaison Services (PALS) on 0800 0130500.

The nearest bus stop is at Marske roundabout and is served by routes X3, X4, 48, 64, 64A and 82.

By Train
The nearest train station is Marske Railway Station. Exit the train station onto Meadow Road, take a left on High Street, at the roundabout turn right (third exit) and arrive at the Dental Clinic.

By Road
From the A19 take the slip road onto A172, turn right onto B1292, from there turn left onto A173 Guisborough Road, at the roundabout take the third exit onto A171, at the next roundabout take the first exit onto A171, continue down A171 till you reach another roundabout, take the first exit onto A173 Church Lane, at the next roundabout take the second exit onto A173 Skelton Ellers, turn left onto B1268 Ellers Bank, at the roundabout take the second exit onto A1085, at the next roundabout take the third exit onto The Wynd and arrive at the Marske Dental Clinic.
