Complaints Procedure
Genix Healthcare takes all complaints seriously. The first step is to raise the matter with the Practice Manager, either orally or in writing. You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation.
If you’re still unhappy with the outcome, you can refer the matter to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman on 0345 015 4033, who is completely independent of the NHS and government.
You can also complain directly to your local Primary Care Trust. For further advice contact the Patient Advice Liaison Services (PALS) on 0800 0525270.

By Bus
The nearest bus stop is on Wales Road and is served by routes 21, 23, 23A, 23B, 206, 216, 232, 236, 238, 250, 261, 271, 635, 678, 679, T6, X50, X51 and X6.
By Train
The nearest station is Kiveton Bridge Railway Station. When exiting the train station turn left on to Wales Road continue straight till you reach the dental clinic which is next to Lloyds pharmacy.
By Road
Travelling from north or south on the M1 leave at Junction 31, take the turning signposted A57, at the next roundabout take the first exit onto A618 Mansfield Road, take a left into School Road and then another left onto Wales Road.
Parking
There is a small car park at the back of the dental clinic and on street parking is also available at the front of the clinic.
