Complaints Procedure
Genix Healthcare take all complaints seriously. The first step is to raise the matter with the Practice Manager, either orally or in writing. You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation.
If you’re still unhappy with the outcome, you can refer the matter to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman on 0345 015 4033, who is completely independent of the NHS and government.
You can also complain directly to your local Primary Care Trust. For further advice contact the Patient Advice Liaison Services (PALS) on 0800 0130500.
