Complaints Procedure
Genix Healthcare takes all complaints seriously. The first step is to raise the matter with the Practice Manager, either orally or in writing. You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation.
If you’re still unhappy with the outcome, you can refer the matter to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman on 0345 015 4033, who is completely independent of the NHS and government.
You can also complain directly to your local Primary Care Trust. For further advice contact the Patient Advice Liaison Services (PALS) on 0800 0320202.

From Doncaster Train Station turn left onto A630, at the roundabout take the third exit onto the A630, turn right onto St James Street, continue straight ahead onto Saint Sepulchre Gate West, turn left onto Saint James Bridge, turn right onto Hexthorpe Road, continue straight ahead onto Urban Road, turn left onto Greenfield Lane, turn left onto A630, turn right onto Sandford Road (A60), turn left onto Tickhill Road (A60), at the roundabout take the second exit onto A60 and arrive at your destination.
