Complaints Procedure

Genix Healthcare takes all complaints seriously. The first step is to raise the matter with the Practice Manager, either orally or in writing. You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation.

If you’re still unhappy with the outcome, you can refer the matter to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman on 0345 015 4033, who is completely independent of the NHS and government.

You can also complain directly to your local Primary Care Trust. For further advice contact the Patient Advice Liaison Services (PALS) on 0800 0525270.

The nearest bus stop is on St Georges Square and is served by routes 309, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314 and 316.

The Huddersfield bus station is only a short walk from GENCARE Dental Clinic. From the bus station exit onto Upperhead Row and turn left, cross over Trinity Street onto Saint Georges Street, arrive at St Georges Square and GENCARE Dental Clinic will be on your right opposite the train station.

Huddersfield Train Station is directly opposite GENCARE Dental Clinic.

By Road
When you arrive in Huddersfield follow signs to Town Centre and Huddersfield train station.

Parking
There is metered public parking at the dental clinic.
