By Road
From M621 exit at Junction 3, signposted A653 Leeds (Centre) then continue forward onto Meadow Road - A653. At traffic signals continue forward onto Hunslet Lane - A61 signposted Rothwell, Pontefract (A639). At traffic signals turn left onto South Accommodation Road - A61. Bear right (signposted Cross Green Ind. Park). Continue forward onto Knowsthorpe Crescent. Continue forward onto Cross Green Lane. At mini-roundabout turn left onto Pontefract Lane. Bear right onto Park Parade. Turn left onto East Park Road.

Complaints Procedure

Genix Healthcare takes all complaints seriously. The first step is to raise the matter with the Practice Manager, either orally or in writing. You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation.

If you’re still unhappy with the outcome, you can refer the matter to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman on 0345 015 4033, who is completely independent of the NHS and government.
