As I’m sure you’re aware, we’ve found ourselves to be in the midst of a battle against Covid-19 (Coronavirus).

On behalf of Genix Healthcare, I would like to assure you that the health and safety of our patients and staff is our foremost priority. We routinely follow very strict control measures while rigidly monitoring all updates and changes provided by the NHS, CQC, WHO, and Public Health England.

Your local Genix Healthcare practice is now open; offering a limited range of dental treatments.

Our patients with the greatest need will be prioritised; including anybody that we are aware of that has been in pain during lockdown. Therefore, whilst our teams are working extremely hard to see everyone, if you had a routine check-up booked before the Covid-19 outbreak this may be cancelled to allow us to see the patients in pain.

IF YOU HAVE A DENTAL EMERGENCY DO NOT come into Practice. Please call us on our usual telephone number and our friendly triage team will assist you further by offering you an appointment where necessary.

Throughout the pandemic, our first priority has been the wellbeing of our patients and colleagues; this continues to be the case. We have made some changes in our practices to ensure your safety. We appreciate your compliance with such changes. 

If you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, it is recommended that you follow the most up to date government guidelines.
