“I took a friend to have treatment with Genix Healthcare, Gloucester. The waiting time was short.(5 mins or less). The team (dentist and dental nurse) that looked after us were very good. Gentle, caring, on the ball, inclusive - they told us what was going on and included the patient in decision making, We were very happy with the service which was given and is ongoing. We have been there 4 times so far. (My friend has a lot of problems-but they are getting sorted, and he is very optimistic about a good outcome)”

Complaints Procedure

Genix Healthcare takes all complaints seriously. The first step is to raise the matter with the Practice Manager, either orally or in writing. You will be informed of the outcome of the investigation.

If you’re still unhappy with the outcome, you can refer the matter to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman on 0345 015 4033, who is completely independent of the NHS and government.
